Giant Food Signs Lease in Perry Hall
New Maryland Store Will Open Later This Year Following Space Renovation
Landover, Md. (May 16, 2012) – Giant Food of Landover, Md. executed a lease agreement with a subsidiary of Kimco Realty Corp. (NYSE: KIM) for the 57,000-square-foot anchor space in the Perry Hall shopping center located at Belair Road (U.S. Route 1) and Hannon Court in Perry Hall, Md., the company announced today. Kimco owns and operates the 65,000-square-foot center.
Giant’s construction team is hard at work converting the former Super Fresh location into a state-of-theart Giant Food. The new store, expected to open later this year, will offer customers a great selection of fresh products, low prices, and friendly, reliable service along with the latest technology.
