  • 5 Tablespoons fresh orange juice
  • 3 Tablespoons fresh lime juice
  • 1 Tablespoon olive oil
  • 2 large garlic cloves, minced
  • 1 lb. London broil (top round steak), about 1-inch thick
  • Caribbean jerk seasoning


  1. In a large resealable plastic bag combine orange juice, lime juice, oil and garlic. Add steak; seal bag and turn to coat. Refrigerate 4 hours.
  2. Coat grill rack with nonstick cooking spray. Preheat grill to medium-high (350°F–400°F). Remove steak from marinade; discard marinade. Pat steaks dry with paper towels. Sprinkle both sides of steak heavily with jerk seasoning, pressing to adhere.
  3. Grill steak 6 minutes per side for medium-rare (145°F) or to desired doneness. Transfer steak to a cutting board; let stand 5 minutes. Thinly slice steak against the grain, and serve.
