- 1 cup butter
- 2 teaspoons vanilla
- 1/4 cup powdered sugar
- 2 cups flour
- 1/8 teaspoon salt
- 1/2 cup nuts, chopped
- Cream butter with 1/4 cup powdered sugar. Add salt, vanilla, flour and nuts and mix well.
- Roll dough into small balls and place on greased baking sheets.
- Bake at 325°F for 15 minutes. Roll in additional powdered sugar while warm.
