  • 1 teaspoon unsweetened cocoa powder
  • 1 Tablespoon honey
  • 1 Tablespoon balsamic vinegar
  • 1 Tablespoon olive oil
  • 6 cups fresh spinach leaves
  • 1 cup sliced strawberries
  • 1/2 cup red onion slices
  • 1/4 cup walnuts
  • ground black pepper

  1. In a small bowl, whisk together cocoa, honey and vinegar until well blended. Whisk in oil until well blended. Cover and refrigerate up to 48 hours before serving.
