Directions for Preparation and Use: Your baby's health depends on carefully following these directions. Proper hygiene, handling and storage are important when preparing infant formula. Failure to follow these directions could result in severe harm. Consult your baby's doctor about the formula appropriate for your baby; the need to use cooled, boiled water for mixing; and the need to boil (sterilize) utensils, bottles, nipples and rings before use. 1. Rinse can lid; shake very wel; open with a clean punch-type opener. 2. Pour equal amounts of formula and water into bottle. 3. Attach nipple; swirl gently to mix Once feeding begins; use within 1 hour or discard. Storage: Cover opened cans and prepared formula not used immediately. Store in refrigerator and feed to baby within 48 hours. Store unopened cans at room temperature; avoid extreme temperatures. Use as directed by doctor.
