Fully cooked. To warm in microwave, follow instructions below: 1. Remove tray from carton and puncture seal on tray. 2. Peel back top film on tray 1/2" to vent and microwave on high for 20 seconds. 3. Carefully remove film and discard. 4. Stir contents and test temperature before serving. 5.
