45 Minutes. One loaf. What You Need: Soberdough Bread Mix. 12 oz. Beer or carbonated water. 1 cup Shredded cheddar cheese. Baking Instructions: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 5 x 9 loaf pan. Pour 12 oz. beer or carbonated water into a medium bowl. Add Soberdough mix and cheese. Stir together until blended. Pour batter into pan and spread out. Bake for 45 minutes or until toothpick inserted into center comes out clean. For a butter crust: Pour 2 tbsp. melted butter over the top and bake 5 minutes more. Slice and enjoy! Baking Time: 5 x 9 Loaf Pan: 45 minutes. Muffin Pan: 20 - 25 minutes. Makes 12 muffins. 8 x 8 Square Pan: 20 - 25 minutes.
