Bake: Baking Instruction: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Grease a 5x9 loaf pan. Pour 12 oz. Beer or carbonated water into a medium bowl. Add your Soberdough mix. Stir together until blended. Pour batter into pan and spread out. Bake for 45 minutes or until toothpick inserted into center comes out clean. For a butter crust: Pour 2 tbsp. Melted butter over the top and bake 5 minutes more. Delicious Option: Add parmesan cheese to the butter. Slice and enjoy! Baking Time: 5x9 loaf pan; 45 minutes. Muffin pan; 20 - 25 minutes; Make 12 muffins. 8x8 square pan; 20 - 25 minutes. 45 minutes.
