You'll Need: 1/3 cup Water; 1/3 cup Vegetable oil; 1 Egg. Tip: Freeze your leftover brownies in airtight containers for future treats! 1. Heat oven to 325 degrees F. Lightly grease 8 x 8-inch pan. 2. Stir with a Spoon: Stir together water, oil, egg and brownie mix until blended. Spoon batter into pan and spread evenly. 3. Bake 48-52 minutes (Do not over-bake. Freshly baked brownies appear under-baked but cool to doneness. For glass pan, add 5 minutes to bake time). Cool completely in pan before cutting. Store in a tightly covered container. Do not eat raw batter. High Altitude (Over 5,000 feet): Prepare as directed, adding 1/3 cup cornstarch.
