A Guide to Use: 1/2 teaspoon per cup gluten free flour for baking (a little more for bread, a little less for cookies). 1/4 teaspoon per cup of liquid to thicken gravy, dressing, sauce, etc. (slowly increase the amount of xanthan gum to increase to desired thickness). 2 teaspoons per cup of flour for pizza crust. Reseal tightly and store in a cool dry place.
