This product is obtained blending organic cooked grape musts, chosen from seven selected vines, with high quality wine vinegar. After a certified period of maturation in oak barrels, Ponti Organic Balsamic Vinegar of Modena obtains the Protected Geographical Indication (PGI), the only recognition that identifies high quality and historical tradition of some selected Italian products.
