Southwest Ranch Chicken Taco: Prep Time: 5 minutes. Cook Time: 10 minutes. You Will Need: 1 pkg McCormick Seasoning Mix; 1 tbsp oil; 1 lb boneless skinless chicken breasts or thighs, cut into 1/2-inch strips; 1/2 cup water; 8 (6-inch) tortillas, warmed. 1. Heat oil in large skillet on medium heat. Add chicken; cook and stir 3 to 5 minutes or until lightly browned. 2. Stir in Seasoning Mix and water. Bring to boil. Reduce heat and simmer 3 minutes or until chicken is cooked through, stirring occasionally. 3. Spoon chicken into tortillas. Serve with desired toppings. Makes 4 (2 tacos) servings. Serving Suggestion: Serve with toppings such as shredded lettuce, shredded Mexican cheese blend, chopped tomatoes, avocado and cilantro.
