Inspected for wholesomeness by U.S. Department of Agriculture P-40453. 38 Servings. Net Wt. 8 oz. (227 g). Only 1 tsp. Better Than Bouillon: = One cube or one 8oz. can (broth). Refrigerate after opening. Basic Stock Directions: Dissolve 1 teaspoon (equal to 1 bouillon cube) reduced sodium roasted chicken base in 8oz. boiling water. For each quart of stock needed, use 1-1/2 tablespoons reduced sodium roasted chicken base. Use basic stock for soups, sauces, and gravies, or to cook vegetables, rice or pasta with more flavor.
