Prep Time: 10 minutes. Cook Time: 1 hour. Makes 10 servings. You Will Need: 1 pkg McCormick seasoning mix. 2 lbs lean ground beef or turkey. 2 eggs, lightly beaten. 1/2 cup milk. 1/4 cup dry bread crumbs or 1 cup soft bread crumbs (2 slices bread). 1/2 cup no salt added ketchup or tomato sauce (optional). 1. Mix all ingredients except ketchup, in large bowl until well blended. 2. Shape meat mixture into a loaf. Place in foil-lined baking pan or 9x5-inch loaf pan. Top with ketchup if desired. 3. Bake in preheated 375 degrees F oven 1 hour or until cooked through. Kitchen Tips: Mini Meat Loaves: Use 1/2 cup no salt added ketchup in place of milk. Shape meat mixture into 8 loaves. Place in 13x9-inch baking pan. Spoon additional ketchup over top, if desired. Bake 30 minutes. Makes 8 servings. Pizza Meat Loaf: Add 1 tsp each McCormick basil and oregano leaves to meat mixture. Top meat loaf with 1/2 cup pizza sauce. Bake as directed. Sprinkle with 1/2 cup pizza sauce. Bake as directed. Sprinkle with 1/2 cup shredded mozzarella cheese during last 5 minutes of cooking.
