Cooking directions. To make cut-out biscuits: 1. Preheat oven to 450 degrees F and line a baking sheet with parchment paper or lightly coat with cooking spray. 2. Combine biscuit mix and milk until dough forms, then turn onto a floured surface and shape into a ball. 3. Knead and fold dough over 2-3 times while incorporating the cubed, cold butter. Roll dough to 1/2 inch thick and cut with a 2-inch cutter without twisting. Place on the prepared baking sheet. 4. Bake mixture for 10-12 minutes or until lightly browned. Brush with melted butter. Enjoy! To make drop biscuits: 1.Preheat oven to 450 degrees F and combine biscuit mix, 3/4 cup milk, and cubed, cold butter until dough forms. 2. Drop biscuits onto prepared baking sheet, using an ice cream scoop or tablespoon, about 1 inch apart. 3. Bake mixture for 10-12 minutes or until lightly browned. Brush with melted butter. Enjoy!
