You Will Need: Number of Cookies: For 4; 2/3 cups of cookie mix; 2 tablespoons butter softened; 1 tablespoon water. For 6: 1 cup cookie mix; 3 tablespoons butter softened; 1 tablespoon water. For 8; 1-1/3 cups cookie mix; 1/4 cup butter softened; 2 tablespoons water. For 12: 1-3/4 cups cookie mix; 1/3 cup butter softened; 2 tablespoons water. For 24: 3 cups cookie mix; 1/2 cup butter softened; 1/4 cup water. Instructions: 1. Heat oven to 350 degrees F or 325 degrees F for nonstick cookie sheet. 2. Spoon mix into dry-ingredient measuring cup; level with knife. 3. Stir Cookie Mix, softened butter and water in medium bowl until dough forms, dough will be stiff. Drop dough by rounded tablespoonfuls 1 inch apart onto ungreased cookie sheet. 4. Bake 14 to 16 minutes or until edges are light golden brown. Cool 2 minutes before removing from cookie sheet. Cool completely, store in airtight container. Betty's Tip: If making 4 to 8 cookies in a toaster oven, baking times may need to be adjusted. High Altitude (3500-6500 ft): Measure mix for numver of cookies above. Stir in 1-1/2 teaspoons of all-purpose flour into dry cookie mix for 4 cookies, 1 tablespoon of all purpose flour for 6 and 8 cookies and 2 tablespoons all purpose flour for 12 and 24 cookies. Do not eat raw cookie dough.
