Just Add: 1 large egg; 6 Tbsp unsalted butter, softened. Baking Instructions: Preheat oven to 375 degrees F (350 degrees F for a dark or non-stick baking sheet). Combine cookie mix, egg, and softened butter in a medium-sized bowl until dough forms, using a stand mixer or hand mixer on medium-low speed. 2. Scoop 2 tablespoons of dough and roll into a ball. Place onto an ungreased or parchment-lined baking sheet 2 1/2 inch apart. 3. Bake for 9-11 minutes or until edges are set. Allow to cool for 5 minutes before removing from baking sheet.
