When prepared as directed, it provides the same amount of protein, calcium, and Vitamins A & D as fat free milk fortified with A and D. Directions: To make 1 quart, add 1 pouch (90.7g) of instant milk into about 3-3/4 cup of water. Mix until dissolved. Drink or use immediately, or cover and store in a tightly sealed glass container and refrigerate. For best flavor, refrigerate overnight before serving. Due to settling, the number of quarts made by following the measuring-cup directions may be less than the number declared on the label. 3 Easy ways to mix Stir. In any suitable container, stir vigorously. Shake. Cover tightly and shake for 30 seconds. Blend. Set blender at lowest speed for 15 seconds.
