In the pack: Japanese terriyaki sauce; Ginger & garlic paste; Sesame seeds. You will need: 1.3 lb diced chicken; 1 cup bell pepper, sliced; 1 medium onion, sliced; 2 cups jasmine rice. Cooking instructions: (1) Coat: Mix ginger & garlic paste through diced chicken and set aside. (2) Sear: Add chicken to a hot and well-oiled wok and fry for 3 minutes or until well seared. Add sliced vegetables and fry for a further 2 minutes. (3) Simmer: Add Japanese Teriyaki Sauce to wok, stir contents, reduce heat to low and simmer until meat is fully cooked (approx. 5-10 minutes). Sprinkle with sesame seeds and serve immediately with Jasmine rice. Chef’s tip: Thread chicken pieces onto bamboo skewers, marinate overnight in a mix of the sauce and paste.
