Directions: Use 1-2 teaspoons of Grace Jerk seasoning per 1 lb of fully thawed meat/chicken/seafood/vegetables. Rub the seasoning in thoroughly and allow to marinate for at least 1 hour prior to cooking (4 hours for best results). Cook on the grill (most authentic), stove top or in the oven (350 degrees F) using your preferred method. Refrigerate after opening.
