Chili Cooking Instructions: Makes 4 (1 cup servings). Brown 1 pound ground beef in large skillet over medium-high heat. Drain excess fat. Add 2 (8-ounce) cans tomato sauce or 1 (14 1/2-ounce) can diced tomatoes, undrained, 1 (15-ounce) can kidney beans, undrained, and chili seasoning mix. Mix well. Bring to a boil. Reduce heat; cover and simmer 10 minutes, stirring occasionally.
