Directions: Prep Time: 5 minutes; Cook Time: 15 minutes. Makes 6 (2 taco) servings. 1 pkg. Taco Seasoning Mix; 1 tbsp. oil; 1 lb. plant-based ground protein; 2/3 cup water; 12 (6-inch) tortillas, warmed. 1 Heat oil in large skillet on medium-high heat. add plant-based protein; cook and stir about 6 to 8 minutes or until cooked through. (Internal temperature reaches 165 degrees F). 2 Stir in seasoning mix and water. 3 Bring to boil. Reduce heat; simmer 2 minutes, stirring occasionally. Spoon into warm tortillas. Serve with desired toppings. Tab's Tips: Substitute 5 cups cut-up veggies in place of the plant-based ground protein. Use a combo of bell peppers, onions, mushrooms, corn & cauliflower. Prepare as directed, cooking until tender-crisp.
