In a small bowl, combine hot cocoa mix with warm water and stir until it forms a smooth syrup. (makes about 3 tbsp.) Add prepared syrup to an 8 fl oz mug. Pour fin espresso or coffee. Fill the rest of the way with milk, stir thoroughly and bliss out. Mix 1 cup (8 fl oz) hot milk with one envelope of Starbucks® Hot cocoa mix. Stir thoroughly and enjoy. 1. Pour in envelope. 2.
