Brew it: Level off 2 to 3 tbsp of grounds per 12 fl oz of fresh, cold, filtered water. Store it: Force air out and roll top down. Tightly fold in tin ties. Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight, and never in a fridge or freezer.
