Grind It: Medium for automatic drip. Fine for espresso. Coarse for French press. Grind only enough for immediate use. Brew it: level off 2 to 3 tbsp. of grounds per 12 fl. oz. (360 ml) of fresh, cold, filtered water. Store It: Force air out and roll the top down. Tightly fold in tin ties. Store in a cool, dry place, away from direct sunlight, and never in a fridge or freezer.
