Preparation & Inspiration. Shake well, then simply combine Oregon Chai® concentrate with equal parts milk (or dairy substitute), stir, and bask in a little me time. 1/2 oregon chai, 1/2 milk or dairy substitute. Hot Chai Latte: Heat mixture using stove top, microwave or steaming wand. Iced Chai Latte: Pour mixture over ice. Container makes 1/2 gallon. Shake well. Refrigerate once open use within four weeks.
