Preparation Instructions: Our breads taste best the day you take them home from the market. If you prefer to save for later, freeze your bread in a plastic bag. When you're ready to enjoy, bake for 6-8 minutes at 400 degrees F in a convection oven (Time and temperature may vary for conventional ovens). Allow to cool for a few minutes, and savor.
