Make: Mix until just combined. For thinner pancakes, add more water. For thicker pancakes, add more mix. Cook over medium-high heat on a preheated, greased skillet, flip once, and serve. Prefer Waffles? To make three-to-four 4 inch waffles, blend: 3/4 cup mix, 1/2 cup water, and 1 tbsp. oil (we suggest coconut oil). Cook according to waffle iron instructions.
