Ingredients: 8-11 pancakes 1 cup of mix. 2/3 cup milk. 1 egg. 2 tbsp of oil. 16-22 pancakes. 2 cups mix 1-1/3 cups milk 1/4 cup oil 2 eggs. 32-44 pancakes. 4 cups mix 2-2/3 cups milk 1/2 cup oil. 4 eggs. Prep the griddle by coating it with a little vegetable oil. Heat it over medium-high heat, or turn your electric griddle to 375 degrees F. Mix your ingredients in a bowl until you get rid of any large lumps. Your batter will be a little on the lumpy side. Pour on a little less than 1/4 cup batter for each pancake onto your hot griddle. Cook 1-1/2 min on each side or until they're golden brown. Enjoy! Flap-jacking made easy with hungry jack syrup! Pour in with an easy pour cap & microwaveable bottle. Want Waffles Instead? Heat up your waffle iron. Grab a large bowl and toss in 2 cups pancake mix; 1-1/4 cups water; 1/4cup vegetable oil; 1 egg. Stir it up & get rid of any large lumps. Bake according to waffle iron instructions or until steaming stops and waffles are golden brown. Tips: For thicker pancakes, use less milk, for thinner, use more. For pancakes a bite above the rest, let your prepped mix stand for 3 min.
