Baking Instructions: You Will Need: 1 cup Manischewitz Pancake Mix; 1 large egg; 1 cup milk (for Pareve pancakes substitute water for milk); griddle or large frying pan; mixing bowl. Prep: Preheat and lightly grease griddle or frying pan. Mix: Beat egg and milk/water in a mixing bowl until well blended. Mix in one cup of Manischewitz Pancake Mix until mixture is moistened (if batter becomes too thick, add a little milk/water). Cook: Drop batter onto hot griddle/pan to make pancakes about 3 inches in diameter. When top is bubbly and bottom is browned, flip to brown other side. Makes: 18-24 pancakes. Preparation time: 15 minutes.
