Store unopened in a cool dry place. What to get: 1 lb (450g) sliced Chicken (also great with Beef, Seafood or Vegetables). 1/2 medium Onion, sliced. 1/2 Red or Green Pepper, sliced. 1/2 Carrot, sliced. 2 cups (380g) Jasmine Rice. Suggested Cooking Instructions: 1. Heat two teaspoons of oil in a medium saucepan. 2. Add your choice of meat and cook on high for 2-3 minutes until seared. 3. Add sliced vegetables and stir-fry for 2-3 minutes or until vegetables are tender. 4. Pour sauce in pan, stir-fry, cover pan with lid and reduce heat to low. Heat until meat is fully cooked. Season with salt as desired. 5. Serve on a bed of steamed jasmine rice.
