Shake well before using, refrigerate after opening. To 12 cups of mixed greens, add ½ cup maple balsamic dressing, ¼ cup chopped dates, ¼ cup chopped and toasted pecans or walnuts and ¼ cup crumbled goat cheese. Toss gently. Makes 4-6 servings.
