Details

Sweet chili sauce, known as nam chim kai, has its origins in Thai cooking. It is commonly made with red chili peppers, rice wine vinegar, sugar or honey, and sometimes garlic. The mixture is a perfect balance between sweet and spicy, and is ideal with chicken, seafood, vegetable dishes, and as a dipping sauce for spring rolls and dim sum.
