Directions: 1. Empty 1 package pork gravy mix into a small saucepan. With a whisk, stir in 1 cup cold water until smooth. 2. Cook over medium heat until gravy comes to a boil, stirring frequently. 3. Reduce heat and simmer 1 minute. Gravy will thicken upon standing. Makes 1 cup.
