Ingredients: 1lb. Flank steak or other tender cut beef, thinly sliced. 8 oz. Small broccoli florets. 2 tbsp Cooking oil. 1 pouch Lee Kum Kee Sauce for Broccoli Beef. Directions: 1. Heat oil over high heat in a large frying pan or work. 2. Add beef and stir-fry for 2 minutes until browned. Add broccoli and stir-fry for an additional 2 minutes. 3. Stir in entire sauce pouch of Lee Kum Kee Sauce for Broccoli Beef. Bring to simmer, and then serve.
