Flame & flavor, your way. Use as a marinade: 1/4 cup oil; 2 tbsp water; 2 tbsp apple cider or white vinegar; 1-1/2 lbs chicken pork or steak. (1) Whisk seasoning mix oil, water and vinegar in bowl. Reserve 2 tsp. marinade for basting. Place meat and remaining marinade in resealable plastic bag. (2) Refrigerate 15 minutes or longer. Remove mat mom marinade. Discard any remaining marinade. (3) Grill until cooked through, basting with reserved marinade during last few minutes of cooking. Mix in Burgers: Mix seasoning mix with 1-1/2 lbs ground beef. Shape into 6 patties. Grill until cooked through. Use as a Rub: Rub seasoning Mix on 1-1/2 lbs chicken, pork or steak. Grill until cooked through. Try as a marinade, buger mix-in, or rub.
