4 steps; 20 minutes prep time; 12 servings. You Will Need: 2 lbs chicken or pork; 1/4 cup water; 1/4 cup vegetable oil; 2 tbsp white vinegar. 1. In a medium bowl, whisk packet contents with water, oil and vinegar until thoroughly mixed. Reserve 2 tbsp marinade for basting. 2. Place meat in a large resealable bag or glass dish and add remaining marinade. 3. Refrigerate for 15 minutes or longer for more flavor. Remove meat and discard any remaining marinade. 4. Grill until desired doneness, basting with reserved marinade halfway through cooking. Chef Suggests: For a plant-based option, substitute 2 lbs cut up vegetables. Prepare using directions above.
