4 steps; 20 minutes prep time; 12 servings. You Will Need: 1 lb extra-firm tofu, drained & cubed; 1/3 cup water; 3 tbsp white vinegar; 3 tbsp vegetable oil. 1. In a medium bowl, whisk packet contents with water, oil and vinegar until thoroughly mixed. Reserve 2 tbsp marinade for basting. 2. Place tofu in a large resealable bag or glass container and add remaining marinade. 3. Refrigerate for 15 minutes or longer for more flavor. Remove tofu and discard any remaining marinade. 4. Grill until desired doneness, basting with reserved marinade halfway through cooking. Chef Suggests: Substitute 2 lbs chicken and prepare using directions above.
