You will need: 1 large egg. Microwave Directions (1100W): 1. Remove lid and pouches from cup. 2. Crack egg into cup. 3. Empty the contents of the pouches into the cup. 4. Stir until blended. 5. Microwave on high 40 sec.; stir. Microwave additional 30 sec.; stir. Caution: Cup and contents will be very hot! Note: Microwave times are based on 1100-watt oven. Cook your eggs until completely firm (165°F). If preparing with 2 large eggs or 2 egg whites follow the directions, except increase the second microwave time to 50 sec.
