Preparation instructions - from frozen Microwave: (1100 watts or higher): in paper tray, microwave egg bites uncovered on high for 1.5-2 minutes until a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees F (74 degrees C) is reached. Let stand for 1-2 minutes before serving. Caution: Tray and egg bites will be hot. Air Fryer: Preheat your air fryer to 350 degrees F (180 degrees C). Remove egg bites from paper tray, place egg bites in single layer in middle of air frying basket allowing for space between each egg bite for 10-12 minutes until a minimum internal temperature of 165 degrees F (74 degrees C) is reached. Let stand for 1-2 minutes before serving. Caution: Egg bites will be hot. Note: Appliances vary, these instructions are guidelines only. Adjust heating time as needed. Keep frozen.
