Shrimp or Scallop Scampi - Place 3 heaping teaspoons of Sea Gold's Garlic Butter in a frying on medium heat for each 4-6 oz of seafood. Cook for 4-6 minutes, reduce heat and add 1-2 tablespoons of garlic butter to the frying pan. When the Sea Gold's Garlic Butter is melted, serve. Garlic Bread - Slice a loaf of French or Italian bread onto 2 to 3 inch slices, but do not separate. Spread Sea Gold's Garlic butter on each slice, wrap in aluminum foil with the top open and bake at 350 degrees F for about 12 minutes. Great on seafood, meats, pasta & garlic bread. Keep refrigerated.
