Shake well before opening. Keep refrigerated. This package may be frozen if unopened. When removing from freezer, thaw out thoroughly and use within 7 days after opening. To make scrambled egg product: 1. Heat up 1 tsp vegetable oil in a non-stick pan over medium high heat. 2. Shake carton and pour contents into pan. 3. Don't stir. As egg product sets, push from edges to center. 4. Cook until done, season to taste. For recipe purposes: 3 Tbsp = 1 Large egg. 1/2 Cup = 2 Large eggs. 1 Cup = 4 Large eggs.
