Wrap it or Roll it: Folios Cheese Wraps: A healthy snack alternative to bread or traditional tortillas with only 1 gram in carbs per wrap. Bring Folios Cheese Wraps out of refrigeration for 5 minutes prior to using. Recipe Suggestions: Place turkey slices in the center of a cheddar Folios Cheese wrap with lettuce, tomato, and avocado. Add your favorite dressing, wrap and enjoy. Take a cheddar Folios Cheese Wrap and your favorite deli meat with cucumber or pickle spear and roll tightly for an easy, healthy snack. Crisp it: 1. Heat in Microwave: Cook Folios Cheese Wrap in microwave. Parchment Side Down: For 1-1.5 minutes. If not crispy, cook for up to an additional 30 seconds. Microwave ovens vary and cooking time may need adjusting. 2. In Conventional Oven: Place a Folios Cheese Wrap & parchment on cookie sheet in 375 degrees F oven for about 6 minutes (until browned). If seasoning, apply before heating. 3. Shape: Caution be careful handling when hot. Rest for 5 seconds then shape. Folios Cheese Wraps must be shaped within 30 seconds after removing from heat. Use parchment to protect your skin. For bowl, gently place a Folios Cheese Wrap parchment side up over bowl; For taco, hang over spoon or fold over; Wrap around other ingredients for tubes or shape free-form into cones.
