Ready in 5-Min. Heating Instructions: Microwave: 1. Get Ready: Cut open cauliflower pouch, thoroughly drain vegetable broth, and discard (excess vegetable broth is a result of the sous-vide cooking process). Remove cauliflower from pouch and place in provided tray or microwave-safe bowl. Microwave on high for 2 minutes. 2. Add Sauce: Pour sauce over cauliflower, stir, cover with paper towel, and microwave on high for 1-2 minutes. Caution: Tray and contents will be hot. 3. Enjoy!: Portion cauliflower onto serving plates, cover with remaining sauce from tray, and let stand for 1 minute. Add salt & pepper to taste. Stove Top: 1. Get Ready: Heat skillet over medium-high for 1 minute and add 1 tbsp of cooking oil. Cut open cauliflower pouch, thoroughly drain vegetable broth, and discard (excess vegetable broth is a result of the sous-vide cooking process). 2. Heat Cauliflower: Saute for 45 minutes, stirring occasionally. 3. Add Sauce: Reduce heat to medium, and pour sauce onto skillet. Add salt & pepper to taste. Oven: 1. Get Ready: Preheat oven to 400 degrees F. Add cauliflower pouch and sauce to 8x8 baking dish. Stir together until well mixed. 2. Heat Cauliflower: Bake for 20-25 minutes. 3. Enjoy!: Remove from oven, let stand for 1 minute, and portion onto serving plates. Add salt & pepper to taste. For best results, do not freeze.
