Cold case program: Heat to 165 degrees F using the cooking instructions below. Allow product to cool then chill until it reaches less than 40 degrees F. Transfer to display platter and place in cold case. Reheating from cold case: Conventional oven (400 degrees F / 205 degrees C): Bake for 14-15 minutes (Minimum internal temperature should be 165 degrees F for at least 15 seconds). Convection oven (350 degrees F / 175 degrees C): Bake for 11-12 minutes (Minimum internal temperature should be 165 degrees F for at least 15 seconds). Microwave: Place in microwave safe container.
