Preparation Instructions: Not ready to eat. Must be cooked to 165 degrees F prior to eating. This product is not ready-to-eat. Please follow instructions to make ready-to-eat. Cold case program: Heat to 165 degree F using the cooking instructions below. Allow product to cool then chill until it reaches less than 40 degree F. Transfer to display platter and place in cold case. Reheating from Cold Case: Conventional Oven (400 degrees F/205 degrees C): Bake for 14-15 minutes (Minimum internal temperature should be 165 degrees F for at least 15 seconds). Convection Oven (350 degrees F/175 degrees C): Bake for 11-12 minutes (Minimum internal temperature should be 165 degrees F for at least 15 seconds). Microwave: Place in microwave safe container. Microwave on high for 30 - 45 seconds (Minimum internal temperature should be 165 degrees F for at least 15 seconds). Hot case program: Deep fry from frozen at 350 degrees for 4-5 minutes (Minimum internal temperature should be 165 degrees F for at least 15 seconds). Shelf life: Product must be kept refrigerated or frozen. Frozen: 365 days at -10 degrees F to 10 degrees F. Refrigerated: 3 days at 32 degrees F.
