Keep frozen. Cooking Instructions: Microwave: Remove from plastic wrap. Place tamales on microwaveable tray. Microwave on high for 2-3 min or to a minimum of 140 degrees. Allow to cool off. Remove from husk. Serve and enjoy. Steam: Remove from plastic wrap. Place tamales in a steamer with husk. Make sure tamale is not in direct contact with water. Steam on hot in a covered pan for 20 min. Until tamales reach a min. Temp of 140 degrees. Allow to cool off. Serve and enjoy.
