Cook thoroughly. Cooking Directions: Microwave Oven: Cut film to vent, cook on high for 3 minutes. Remove film and stir well. Cook for an additional 1 minute or until temperature reaches 165 degrees F. Let rest for 1 minute. Enjoy! Ovens vary, cooking times may need to be adjusted. Microwaves below 1100 watts may need extra time to reach proper temperature. Conventional oven: Preheat oven to 350 degrees F. Place bowl in oven with film intact (don't remove or cut it).
