For food safety and quality, follow these Cooking Instructions: Microwave oven (for a 1200W microwave): For best vegetable quality, please remove lid entirely and cover with paper towel while microwaving. Cook on high for 5 minutes or until hot let stand 1 minute in microwave. Conventional Oven (Do Not Place This Bowl in the Oven): Preheat oven to 375 degrees F. Transfer the food to an oven safe dish, place center rack. Cook for 20 min , remove from oven and thoroughly stir; return product to oven and cook an additional 15 minutes.
