Bake until hot, about 10 minutes. Internal temperature needs to reach 165 degrees F. 4. After cooking, let chicken sticks stand for 1 minute before serving. Microwave Oven (1100 watt): 1. Place chicken sticks in a single layer on a microwavable plate lined with paper towel. 2. Cook for 45 seconds, flip chicken sticks over and then cook an additional 30 seconds. Internal temperature needs to reach 165 degrees F. 3. After cooking, let chicken sticks stand for 1 minute before serving. Caution: Product will be hot after cooking.
